1 / Ingest video; separate preview from analysis
The engineering path includes MP4 and RTSP sources, camera management, realtime WebRTC preview and FrameHub. A visible preview does not prove analysis readiness: decode, models, permissions and analysis processes need separate checks.
2 / Detections observe; rules define the event
YOLOv8 detection/segmentation is part of the development foundation. Intrusion, counting, dwell and absence combine supported classes, ROIs, association, counts and duration; each rule is not a separate neural network. Segmentation and the full historical template set still need release-specific revalidation.
3 / Events, evidence and integration
Vehicle lifecycle and event records associate panorama and close-up evidence. Agree IDs, state, occurrence time, evidence authorization, retry and deduplication. Exact JSON / HTTP / webhook contracts and delivery guarantees must be qualified against the release and receiving platform; an endpoint alone does not establish reliable delivery.
Platform and reviewed evidence
Reviewed records cover clean-device installation, restart, upgrade/rollback and highway fast/e2e checks for specific RK3588 Linux ARM64 engineering packages. No universal channel count, FPS, accuracy or thermal specification is published. Board, OS, drivers, codecs and model version are evaluation inputs.
Model names and licensing stay visible
The general vision path involves YOLOv8; the plate path involves HyperLPR3 / RKNN. Check upstream code, weights, converted artifacts and distribution rights separately; an open-source project name does not establish commercial redistribution rights for every asset. Record versions, provenance, permissions and notices before a pilot; unresolved assets stay outside delivery. PPE, fire/smoke and complex actions need separate qualification.
